I was raised in Southwest Virginia, and after ten years of education I am glad to be finally returning to Appalachia to give what I’ve gained back to the communities of Western North Carolina!

I will be teaching undergraduate and graduate coursework, engaging in clinical work and supervision as I pursue licensure in the state of North Carolina, mentoring students, and pursuing community-engaged research with my existing teams and with new local partners. As community partnerships develop, I will be excited to update this platform and others to boost the important work of my collaborators.
